5. LinkedIn Integration

PostFizz uses LinkedIn’s API to schedule and publish posts on your behalf.

  • You authorize us to connect to your LinkedIn account as required for the Service.
  • You acknowledge that LinkedIn may change its API or terms at any time, which may affect your use of PostFizz.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or limitations caused by LinkedIn.

6. Subscription & Payment

  • Certain features require a paid subscription.
  • All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • We may change our pricing at any time with prior notice.
  • If payment fails, your account may be suspended or terminated.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by PostFizz or its licensors.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit the content you schedule via the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostFizz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostFizz, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted on our website, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
